Supervision and Emergency Services

Off Duty Services, Inc. is a unique business that deals with emergency situations as a matter of routine. We have several field supervisors on staff who perform a variety of tasks, not the least of which is responding to client emergencies.

The one service feature that we believe benefits our clients most is the Single Point of Contact.

Our clients and officers alike know that night or day, 24 x 7, 365 days a year, our supervisors and management team are on call and stand ready to meet and respond to their needs. Our system of responding to emergencies is fail-safe. All of our on-call supervisors and managers have access to our database of police officers that are ready to be assigned at a moment's notice.

We are committed to our clients and to providing a service of the highest quality. We believe that we have the best emergency service available but we keep looking for ways to improve our service and how we can provide a better service to our clients. Our focus is customer service.
